Contact skavro
Send a menu question, a correction, or a tip about something we've missed. Corrections from readers are how most of our menu updates start, and we read every message.
Where to reach us
Our office is at 728 19th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. The phone number is +12068124940, and the editorial inbox is info@skavro.delivery. The desk covers Shake Shack menu changes, chicken sandwich comparisons, crinkle-cut fries, frozen custard shakes, and the delivery-app listings Seattle readers actually use.
You do not need an account or a form to reach us. Pick the route that fits what you have: call if you need an answer today, or email if you are sending a detail we can check and publish.

What to send us
Specific messages get checked first
The most useful messages are narrow. A menu item that changed, a price that is wrong, a Shake Shack location that is not showing up on an app, or a seasonal item we described incorrectly. Include the location and the date if you can, because menus vary by market and by week.
Questions about the menu are welcome too. If you are deciding between two items and want a second opinion, we will give you one based on what we have ordered ourselves, and we will say plainly when we have not tried something yet.
A menu item that moved
Tell us the item, the location, and roughly when you saw it. If a sandwich left the menu at one Seattle shop but is still listed at another, that difference is exactly what we want to log.
A price that is wrong
Prices shift by market and by season. A dated note about what a combo or a shake actually cost helps us correct a page instead of guessing at national averages.
A seasonal item we missed
Seasonal drops often land in one region before others. A photo-free note that names the item, the store, and the week is enough for us to go check it.
Menu corrections are the reason we keep a close eye on this inbox. If a page says an item is available and it is not, or the description does not match what you ordered, tell us and we will check it.
We would rather publish a correction than leave a wrong detail standing.
Why we update a page instead of pulling it
We do not remove pages because an item was discontinued. We update them, because the discontinued item is often what someone is searching for. A reader who wants to know whether a sandwich is still around deserves to find a straight answer, even when the answer is no.
That is also why a correction from you is worth more than a rewrite from us. You were at the counter. We were not. When you send a detail with a location and a date attached, we can verify it against a second visit and change the page the same week.
How a correction moves
- You write in with the item, the location, and the date.
- We order it at the closest Seattle location we can reach and compare it to the page.
- We edit the page and note what changed, so the next reader sees the current version.
Delivery app issues
The listings change faster than the food
Delivery is the hardest part of this site to keep accurate, because app listings change and availability shifts by location. If a Shake Shack location near you is not listed on an app, or the listing shows items that are not actually available, that is worth knowing.
We cannot fix an app listing, and we will not claim to. What we can do is note the pattern and update our guidance so the next reader has a better sense of what to expect before an order goes wrong.
Story tips and seasonal items
If you saw it first, we want the tip
If you spot a seasonal item in a Seattle location before we have written about it, that is useful. Seasonal drops often appear in one market before others, and reader tips are how we catch them early instead of a month late.
We will not publish anything we cannot verify, so a tip usually means we go order the item and check for ourselves before writing about it. If it turns out to be a one-store test or a limited run, we will say that on the page rather than let a tip read like a nationwide launch.
Response times and limits
What you can expect back
How fast do you reply to a menu correction? Corrections
We aim to reply to menu corrections within a few business days, and longer for general questions. If your message needs an urgent answer, like a question about an order you are placing right now, calling is faster than email.
When is the phone actually monitored? Phone
The phone number is monitored during normal business hours in Seattle, Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Email is monitored more broadly, including on weekends, though replies may take until the next business day.
Can you fix my delivery order or a refund? Not here
We are an editorial site, not a restaurant or a delivery platform. We cannot process an order, change a delivery, handle a refund, or contact a location on your behalf. If your issue is with an order, the restaurant or the app is the right place to start.
Do you have nutrition or allergen information? Not here
We cannot provide nutritional information or medical advice about menu items. We do not publish health claims, and we would rather point you to the restaurant for that. What we can tell you is what an item tasted like, what it cost, and whether it was still on the menu when we last checked.
Where we are
The Seattle desk
728 19th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. We are an editorial office, not a counter, so there is nothing to order here. If you are planning to visit, call ahead at +12068124940 and we will tell you whether anyone is in.
Most weeks we are out ordering at locations around the city rather than sitting at the desk, which is why email usually reaches us fastest.

Still deciding what to order?
The comparison and menu pages carry the details we would otherwise repeat in an email: what each sandwich is built on, how the fries actually hold up on the ride home, and which shakes come back to room temperature fastest.
